ในคดีฟ้องผู้รับรองตั๋วแลกเงินก็ดี ผู้ออกตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงินก็ดี ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นเวลาสามปีนับแต่วันตั๋วนั้น ๆ ถึงกำหนดใช้เงิน
