ถ้าผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนจำพวกจำกัดความรับผิดผู้ใดล้มละลาย ท่านว่าต้องเอาหุ้นของผู้นั้นในห้างหุ้นส่วนออกขายเป็นสินทรัพย์ในกองล้มละลาย
