บรรดาข้อบังคับอันได้ตั้งขึ้นใหม่ หรือได้เพิ่มเติมเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้น เป็นหน้าที่ของบริษัทที่จะจัดให้ไปจดทะเบียนภายในกำหนดสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่ได้มีการลงมติพิเศษมาตรา ๑๑๔๗[66] (ยกเลิก)
