กรรมการจะเลือกกรรมการคนหนึ่งขึ้นเป็นประธานที่ประชุม และจะกำหนดเวลาว่าให้อยู่ในตำแหน่งเพียงใดก็ได้ แต่ถ้าหากมิได้เลือกกันไว้เช่นนั้น หรือผู้เป็นประธานไม่มาประชุมตามเวลาที่ได้นัดหมายไซร้ กรรมการที่มาประชุมนั้นจะเลือกกันคนหนึ่งขึ้นเป็นประธานในการประชุมเช่นนั้นก็ได้

English translation
The directors may elect a chairman of their meetings, and fix the period for which he is to hold office, but if no such chairman is elected, or if at any meeting the feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / chairman is not present at the time appointed for holding the same, the directors present may choose one of their members to be chairman of such meeting.
