เจ้าของรวมคนหนึ่ง ๆ มีสิทธิใช้ทรัพย์สินได้ แต่การใช้นั้นต้องไม่ขัดต่อสิทธิแห่งเจ้าของรวมคนอื่น ๆท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเจ้าของรวมคนหนึ่ง ๆ มีสิทธิได้ดอกผลตามส่วนของตนที่มีในทรัพย์สินนั้น
