เจ้าของรวมคนหนึ่ง ๆ มีสิทธิใช้ทรัพย์สินได้ แต่การใช้นั้นต้องไม่ขัดต่อสิทธิแห่งเจ้าของรวมคนอื่น ๆท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเจ้าของรวมคนหนึ่ง ๆ มีสิทธิได้ดอกผลตามส่วนของตนที่มีในทรัพย์สินนั้น

English translation
Each co-owner is entitled to use the property, but that use must not be incompatible with the rights of the other co-owners.
It is presumed that each co-owner is entitled to the fruits in proportion to that co-owner's share in the property.
