ถ้าผู้ครอบครองถูกรบกวนในการครอบครองทรัพย์สิน เพราะมีผู้สอดเข้าเกี่ยวข้องโดยมิชอบด้วยกฎหมายไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ครอบครองมีสิทธิจะให้ปลดเปลื้องการรบกวนนั้นได้ ถ้าเป็นที่น่าวิตกว่าจะยังมีการรบกวนอีก ผู้ครอบครองจะขอต่อศาลให้สั่งห้ามก็ได้การฟ้องคดีเพื่อปลดเปลื้องการรบกวนนั้น ท่านว่าต้องฟ้องภายในปีหนึ่งนับแต่เวลาถูกรบกวน

English translation
Where a possessor is disturbed in his possession by unlawful interference, he is entitled to have the disturbance removed. If further disturbance is to be apprehended, the possessor may apply for an injunction.
