ถ้าผู้ครอบครองสละเจตนาครอบครองหรือไม่ยึดถือทรัพย์สินต่อไปไซร้ การครอบครองย่อมสุดสิ้นลงถ้าเหตุอันมีสภาพเป็นเหตุชั่วคราวมีมาขัดขวางมิให้ผู้ครอบครองยึดถือทรัพย์สินไซร้ ท่านว่าการครอบครองไม่สุดสิ้นลง
