การให้ทรัพย์สินซึ่งถ้าจะซื้อขายกันจะต้องทำเป็นหนังสือและจดทะเบียนต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่นั้น ท่านว่าย่อมสมบูรณ์ต่อเมื่อได้ทำเป็นหนังสือและจดทะเบียนต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ในกรณีเช่นนี้ การให้ย่อมเป็นอันสมบูรณ์โดยมิพักต้องส่งมอบ

The gift of a property the sale of which must be made in writing and registered by such competent official is valid only when so made and registered by the competent official. In such case it is valid without delivery.
