การให้ทรัพย์สินซึ่งถ้าจะซื้อขายกันจะต้องทำเป็นหนังสือและจดทะเบียนต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่นั้น ท่านว่าย่อมสมบูรณ์ต่อเมื่อได้ทำเป็นหนังสือและจดทะเบียนต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ในกรณีเช่นนี้ การให้ย่อมเป็นอันสมบูรณ์โดยมิพักต้องส่งมอบ
