ถ้าการให้นั้นมีค่าภาระติดพัน ท่านว่าผู้ให้จะต้องรับผิดเพื่อความชำรุดบกพร่องหรือเพื่อการรอนสิทธิเช่นเดียวกันกับผู้ขาย แต่ท่านจำกัดไว้ว่าไม่เกินจำนวนค่าภาระติดพัน
