ถ้าการให้นั้นมีค่าภาระติดพัน ท่านว่าผู้ให้จะต้องรับผิดเพื่อความชำรุดบกพร่องหรือเพื่อการรอนสิทธิเช่นเดียวกันกับผู้ขาย แต่ท่านจำกัดไว้ว่าไม่เกินจำนวนค่าภาระติดพัน

If the gift encumbered with a charge, the donor is liable for defect or eviction in the same manner as the seller but only to the extent of the charge.
