คดีอันผู้ให้เช่าจะฟ้องผู้เช่าเกี่ยวแก่สัญญาเช่านั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหกเดือนนับแต่วันส่งคืนทรัพย์สินที่เช่า
