ถ้าทำสัญญากู้ยืมเงินกัน และผู้กู้ยืมยอมรับเอาสิ่งของหรือทรัพย์สินอย่างอื่นแทนจำนวนเงินนั้นไซร้ ท่านให้คิดเป็นหนี้ค้างชำระโดยจำนวนเท่ากับราคาท้องตลาดแห่งสิ่งของหรือทรัพย์สินนั้นในเวลาและ ณ สถานที่ส่งมอบถ้าทำสัญญากู้ยืมเงินกัน และผู้ให้กู้ยืมยอมรับเอาสิ่งของหรือทรัพย์สินอย่างอื่นเป็นการชำระหนี้แทนเงินที่กู้ยืมไซร้ หนี้อันระงับไปเพราะการชำระเช่นนั้น ท่านให้คิดเป็นจำนวนเท่ากับราคาท้องตลาดแห่งสิ่งของหรือทรัพย์สินนั้นในเวลาและ ณ สถานที่ส่งมอบความตกลงกันอย่างใด ๆ ขัดกับข้อความดังกล่าวมานี้ท่านว่าเป็นโมฆะ

English translation
