เมื่อประทวนสินค้าได้สลักหลังและส่งมอบแก่ผู้รับจำนำแล้ว ให้ผู้ฝากกับผู้รับจำนำจดลงไว้ในประทวนสินค้าเป็นสำคัญ ว่าได้จดข้อความตามที่บัญญัติในมาตราก่อนไว้ในใบรับของคลังสินค้าแล้ว

English translation
When the warrant has been endorsed and delivered to the pledgee, the depositor and the pledgee must record on the warrant that the particulars required by the preceding Section have been entered on the warehouse receipt.
