เมื่อประทวนสินค้าได้สลักหลังและส่งมอบแก่ผู้รับจำนำแล้ว ให้ผู้ฝากกับผู้รับจำนำจดลงไว้ในประทวนสินค้าเป็นสำคัญ ว่าได้จดข้อความตามที่บัญญัติในมาตราก่อนไว้ในใบรับของคลังสินค้าแล้ว
