อันตั๋วแลกเงินซึ่งให้ใช้เงินเมื่อได้เห็นนั้น ท่านว่าย่อมจะพึงใช้เงินในวันเมื่อยื่นตั๋ว ทั้งนี้ ต้องยื่นให้ใช้เงินภายในกำหนดเวลา ซึ่งบังคับไว้เพื่อการยื่นให้รับรองตั๋วเงินชนิดให้ใช้เงินในเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่งภายหลังได้เห็นนั้น
