ผู้ใดหน่วงเหนี่ยวหรือกักขังผู้อื่น หรือกระทำด้วยประการใดให้ผู้อื่นปราศจากเสรีภาพในร่างกาย และให้ผู้อื่นนั้นกระทำการใดให้แก่ผู้กระทำหรือบุคคลอื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี และปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท
English translation
Whoever detains or confines another person, or by any means deprives another person of liberty of the body, and makes that person do any work for the offender or for another person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years and a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht.
