What is included
- A Last Will and Testament drafted for you by a Thai lawyer, not filled in from a form by you
- Bilingual Thai and English in a single document, so it is valid in Thailand and readable by your family
- Drafted under the Civil and Commercial Code, Book VI, so it stands up at probate
- Covers your assets in Thailand: land, condominium, bank accounts, vehicles, company shares, personal property
- Appointment of your executor, with the wording Thai courts expect
- One round of revisions after you read the draft
- Written signing instructions, including how many witnesses you need and who must not be one
What is not included
- Wills for assets held outside Thailand. If you own property in another country, see the International Estate Will below
- Probate or estate administration after death, which is a separate service
- Government fees, translation or legalization of foreign documents
- Storage of the signed original, which we offer separately for 1,000 baht
How it works
- You pay and your matter opens in your client portal
- You upload your documents against a checklist, so you always know what is still needed
- We draft, and you get the draft to read within 3 business days of the last document arriving
- You approve, then sign with witnesses. We tell you exactly how
What we need from you
- Passport photo page, and Thai ID card if you have one
- A list of what you own in Thailand
- Full names and dates of birth of the people who inherit
- The name and contact details of your executor
- Marriage certificate, if you are married
