บุคคลต่อไปนี้จะเป็นพยานในการทำพินัยกรรมไม่ได้(๑) ผู้ซึ่งยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะ(๒) บุคคลวิกลจริตหรือบุคคลซึ่งศาลสั่งให้เป็นผู้เสมือนไร้ความสามารถ(๓) บุคคลที่หูหนวก เป็นใบ้ หรือจักษุบอดทั้งสองข้าง

English translation
The following persons cannot be witnesses to the making of a will:
(1) persons who have not yet reached majority;
(2) persons of unsound mind, or persons whom the court has adjudged quasi-incompetent;
(3) persons who are deaf, or dumb, or blind in both eyes.
