เมื่อบริษัทได้จดทะเบียนแล้ว ผู้เข้าชื่อซื้อหุ้นจะฟ้องร้องขอให้ศาลเพิกถอนการที่ตนได้เข้าชื่อซื้อ โดยยกเหตุว่าสำคัญผิด หรือต้องข่มขู่ หรือถูกลวงล่อฉ้อฉลนั้น ท่านว่าหาอาจทำได้ไม่
