ในใบหุ้นทุก ๆ ใบให้กรรมการอย่างน้อยหนึ่งคนลงลายมือชื่อและประทับตราของบริษัทถ้ามี[64] ในใบหุ้นนั้นต้องมีข้อความต่อไปนี้ คือ(๑) ชื่อบริษัท(๒) เลขหมายหุ้นที่กล่าวถึงในใบหุ้นนั้น(๓) มูลค่าหุ้นหนึ่งเป็นเงินเท่าใด(๔) ถ้าและเป็นหุ้นที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้เงินเสร็จ ให้จัดลงว่าได้ใช้เงินค่าหุ้นแล้วหุ้นละเท่าใด(๕) ชื่อผู้ถือหุ้น หรือคำแถลงว่าได้ออกใบหุ้นนั้นให้แก่ผู้ถือ

Every certificate of shares shall be signed by one of the directors at least, and shall bear the seal of the company. feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / It must contain the following particulars: (1) The name of the company. (2) The numbers of the shares to which it applies. (3) The amount of each share. (4) In the case the shares are not fully paid up, the amount paid on each share. (5) The name of the shareholder or a statement that the certificate is to bearer.
