ในการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นทั่วไปเป็นประชุมใหญ่ทุก ๆ ครั้ง ให้ผู้เป็นประธานในสภากรรมการนั่งเป็นประธานถ้าประธานกรรมการเช่นว่านี้ไม่มีตัวก็ดี หรือไม่มาเข้าประชุมจนล่วงเวลานัดไปแล้วสิบห้านาทีก็ดี ให้ผู้ถือหุ้นทั้งหลายซึ่งอยู่ในที่นั้นเลือกผู้ถือหุ้นคนหนึ่งในจำนวนซึ่งมาประชุมขึ้นนั่งเป็นประธาน

English translation
The chairman of the board of directors shall preside at every general meeting of shareholders. If there is no such chairman, or of at any general meeting he is not present within fifteen minutes after the time appointed for the holding the meeting, the shareholders present may elect one of their members to be chairman.
