กรรมการก็ดี ลูกจ้างและตัวแทนของบริษัทก็ดี จำต้องส่งสรรพสมุดและเอกสารทั้งปวงซึ่งตนเก็บรักษาหรืออยู่ในอำนาจแห่งตนนั้นให้แก่ผู้ตรวจผู้ตรวจคนหนึ่งคนใดจะให้กรรมการ ลูกจ้าง และตัวแทนของบริษัทสาบานตัวแล้วสอบถามคำให้การในเรื่องอันเนื่องด้วยการงานของบริษัทนั้นก็ได้

English translation
The directors, employees and agents of the company are bound to produce to the inspectors all books and documents in their custody or power. Any inspector may examine upon oath the directors, employees and agents of the company in relation to its business
