บริษัทจำกัดจะควบรวมกันได้ โดยใช้มติพิเศษ
บริษัทตั้งแต่สองบริษัทขึ้นไป จะควบรวมในลักษณะใดลักษณะหนึ่งดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ควบรวมกันโดยเป็นบริษัทขึ้นใหม่ และบริษัทที่มาควบรวมกันต่างหมดสภาพการเป็นนิติบุคคล
(๒) ควบรวมกันโดยบริษัทหนึ่งบริษัทใดยังคงมีสภาพเป็นนิติบุคคล และบริษัทอื่นที่ควบรวมกันหมดสภาพจากการเป็นนิติบุคคล

English translation
Limited companies may amalgamate by special resolution.
Two or more companies may amalgamate in either of the following ways:
(1) amalgamation by forming a new company, each of the amalgamating companies thereby ceasing to be a juristic person;
(2) amalgamation in which one of the companies remains a juristic person and the other amalgamating companies cease to be juristic persons.
