หนังสือบอกกล่าวใด ๆ เมื่อได้ส่งโดยทางไปรษณีย์สลักหลังถูกต้องแล้ว ท่านให้ถือว่าเป็นอันได้ส่งถึงมือผู้รับในเวลาที่หนังสือเช่นนั้นจะควรไปถึงได้ตามทางการปกติแห่งไปรษณีย์
