English translation
In addition to the particulars specified in Section 867, a policy of insurance on carriage must contain the following:
(1) the route and method of carriage;
(2) the name or trade name of the carrier;
(3) the places appointed for receipt and for delivery of the goods;
(4) the period fixed for the carriage, if any.
