ถ้าบุคคลคนใดลงลายมือชื่อของตนในตั๋วเงิน และมิได้เขียนแถลงว่ากระทำการแทนบุคคลอีกคนหนึ่งไซร้ ท่านว่าบุคคลคนนั้นย่อมเป็นผู้รับผิดตามความในตั๋วเงินนั้น
