ถ้าตั๋วเงินลงลายมือชื่อของบุคคลหลายคน มีทั้งบุคคลซึ่งไม่อาจจะเป็นคู่สัญญาแห่งตั๋วเงินนั้นได้เลย หรือเป็นได้แต่ไม่เต็มผลไซร้ ท่านว่าการนี้ย่อมไม่กระทบกระทั่งถึงความรับผิดของบุคคลอื่น ๆ นอกนั้นซึ่งคงต้องรับผิดตามตั๋วเงิน
