เมื่อใดไม่มีที่ในตั๋วเงินซึ่งจะสลักหลังได้ต่อไปไซร้ ท่านอนุญาตให้เอากระดาษแผ่นหนึ่งผนึกต่อเข้ากับตั๋วเงินเรียกว่าใบประจำต่อ นับเป็นส่วนหนึ่งแห่งตั๋วเงินนั้นการสลักหลังในใบประจำต่อครั้งแรกต้องเขียนคาบบนตั๋วเงินเดิมบ้าง บนใบประจำต่อบ้าง

English translation
When there is no longer room on a bill for further endorsement, a slip of paper may be attached to the bill, called an allonge, which is deemed part of the bill. The first endorsement written on an allonge must be written partly on the original bill and partly on the allonge.
