อันตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ต้องมีรายการดังกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ(๑) คำบอกชื่อว่าเป็นตั๋วแลกเงิน(๒) คำสั่งอันปราศจากเงื่อนไขให้จ่ายเงินเป็นจำนวนแน่นอน(๓) ชื่อ หรือยี่ห้อผู้จ่าย(๔) วันถึงกำหนดใช้เงิน(๕) สถานที่ใช้เงิน(๖) ชื่อ หรือยี่ห้อผู้รับเงิน หรือคำจดแจ้งว่าให้ใช้เงินแก่ผู้ถือ(๗) วันและสถานที่ออกตั๋วเงิน(๘) ลายมือชื่อผู้สั่งจ่าย
