กำหนดเวลานี้ให้นับแต่วันจดรับรู้ซึ่งลงลายมือชื่อผู้ออกตั๋ว ถ้าผู้ออกตั๋วบอกปัดไม่ยอมจดรับรู้และลงวันไซร้ การที่เขาบอกปัดเช่นนี้ท่านว่าต้องทำให้เป็นหลักฐานขึ้นด้วยคำคัดค้าน และวันคัดค้านนั้นให้ถือเป็นวันเริ่มต้นในการนับกำหนดเวลาแต่ได้เห็น
