ถ้าตั๋วแลกเงินมิได้ยื่นเพื่อให้ใช้เงินในวันถึงกำหนดไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้รับรองจะเปลื้องตนให้พ้นจากความรับผิดโดยวางจำนวนเงินที่ค้างชำระตามตั๋วนั้นไว้ก็ได้
