Divorce by mutual consent under Section 1514 of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code. Both spouses appear personally at the amphur where the marriage was registered (or any amphur) with their identity documents, marriage certificate and, where relevant, a signed divorce agreement. The divorce is recorded by the registrar on the same day and becomes effective immediately.
