บรรดาเงินค่าหุ้นซึ่งยังจะต้องส่งอีกนั้น กรรมการจะเรียกให้ผู้ถือหุ้นส่งใช้เสียเมื่อใดก็ได้ เว้นแต่ที่ประชุมใหญ่จะได้วินิจฉัยเป็นอย่างอื่น
