ถ้าและเงินอันจะพึงส่งใช้เป็นค่าหุ้นตามเรียกนั้นผู้ถือหุ้นคนใดมิได้ส่งใช้ตามวันกำหนดไซร้ ผู้นั้นจำต้องเสียดอกเบี้ยนับแต่วันที่กำหนดให้ส่งใช้จนถึงวันที่ได้ส่งเสร็จ
