กรรมการต้องจัดให้ถือบัญชีซึ่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ไว้ให้ถูกถ้วนจริง ๆ คือ(๑) จำนวนเงินที่บริษัทได้รับและได้จ่าย ทั้งรายการอันเป็นเหตุให้รับหรือจ่ายเงินทุกรายไป(๒) สินทรัพย์และหนี้สินของบริษัท

The directors must cause true accounts to be kept: feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / (1) Of the sums received and expended by the company and of the matters in respect of which each receipt or expenditure takes place.
