รัฐมนตรี*เจ้าหน้าที่โดยลำพังตนเอง จะตั้งผู้ตรวจคนเดียวหรือหลายคนให้ไปตรวจการของบริษัทเพื่อทำรายงานยื่นต่อรัฐบาลก็ได้ การตั้งผู้ตรวจเช่นว่ามานี้จะพึงมีเมื่อใดสุดแล้วแต่รัฐมนตรี*จะเห็นสมควร

English translation
The Minister in charge may of his own motion appoint one or more inspectors to examine the affairs of a company and report to the government. Such an appointment may be made whenever the Minister thinks fit.
