คณะกรรมการบริษัทเดิมต้องส่งมอบกิจการ ทรัพย์สิน บัญชี เอกสาร และหลักฐานต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทให้แก่คณะกรรมการบริษัทที่ควบรวมแล้วภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่เสร็จสิ้นการประชุมตามมาตรา ๑๒๔๐/๑

The board of directors of each former company must hand over the business, property, accounts, documents and evidence of the company to the board of directors of the amalgamated company within seven days from the completion of the meeting under Section 1240/1.
