คณะกรรมการบริษัทที่ควบรวมต้องขอจดทะเบียนการควบรวมบริษัทพร้อมกับยื่นหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิ และข้อบังคับที่ที่ประชุมตามมาตรา ๑๒๔๐/๑ ได้อนุมัติแล้วต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่เสร็จสิ้นการประชุมตามมาตรา ๑๒๔๐/๑

English translation
The board of directors of the amalgamated company must apply to register the amalgamation and at the same time submit to the registrar the memorandum of association and the regulations approved by the meeting under Section 1240/1, within fourteen days from the completion of the meeting under Section 1240/1.
