เมื่อนายทะเบียนรับจดทะเบียนการควบรวมบริษัทแล้ว ให้นายทะเบียนหมายเหตุไว้ในทะเบียนดังนี้
(๑) ในกรณีที่ควบรวมกันเป็นบริษัทขึ้นใหม่ ให้หมายเหตุว่าบริษัทเดิมที่ควบรวมกันนั้นหมดสภาพจากการเป็นนิติบุคคล
(๒) ในกรณีที่ควบรวมกันโดยมีบริษัทใดบริษัทหนึ่งยังคงมีสภาพเป็นนิติบุคคล ให้หมายเหตุว่าบริษัทอื่นที่เหลือนั้นหมดสภาพจากการเป็นนิติบุคคล

English translation
When the registrar has registered the amalgamation, the registrar shall make a note in the register as follows:
(1) where the companies amalgamate into a new company, a note that the former companies which amalgamated have ceased to be juristic persons;
(2) where the amalgamation is one in which one of the companies remains a juristic person, a note that the other remaining companies have ceased to be juristic persons.
