เมื่อตัวการมีประสงค์จะทราบความเป็นไปของการที่ได้มอบหมายแก่ตัวแทนนั้นในเวลาใด ๆ ซึ่งสมควรแก่เหตุ ตัวแทนก็ต้องแจ้งให้ตัวการทราบ อนึ่ง เมื่อการเป็นตัวแทนนั้นสิ้นสุดลงแล้ว ตัวแทนต้องแถลงบัญชีด้วย

English translation
If required by principal, the agent must at all reasonable times give information as to the conditions of the matter entrusted to him. He must render an account after the agency has come to an end.
