ตัวแทนชอบที่จะยึดหน่วงทรัพย์สินของใด ๆ ของตัวการอันตกอยู่ในความครอบครองของตนเพราะเป็นตัวแทนนั้นเอาไว้ได้ จนกว่าจะได้รับเงินบรรดาค้างชำระแก่ตนเพราะการเป็นตัวแทน
