ตัวแทนชอบที่จะยึดหน่วงทรัพย์สินอย่างใด ๆ ของตัวการอันตกอยู่ในความครอบครองของตนเพราะเป็นตัวแทนนั้นเอาไว้ได้ จนกว่าจะได้รับเงินบรรดาค้างชำระแก่ตนเพราะการเป็นตัวแทน
