ผู้จัดการมรดกต้องรับผิดต่อทายาทตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๘๐๙ ถึง ๘๑๒ ๘๑๙ ๘๒๓ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้โดยอนุโลม และเมื่อเกี่ยวกับบุคคลภายนอก ให้ใช้มาตรา ๘๓๑ บังคับโดยอนุโลม

English translation
The administrator of an estate is liable to the heirs as provided in Sections 809 to 812, Section 819 and Section 823 of this Code, mutatis mutandis; and as regards third persons, Section 831 applies mutatis mutandis.
