เงินและทรัพย์สินอย่างอื่นบรรดาที่ตัวแทนได้รับไว้เกี่ยวด้วยการเป็นตัวแทนนั้น ท่านว่าตัวแทนต้องส่งให้แก่ตัวการจงสิ้นอนึ่ง สิทธิทั้งหลายซึ่งตัวแทนขวนขวายได้มาในนามของตนเองแต่โดยฐานที่ทำการแทนตัวการนั้น ตัวแทนก็ต้องโอนให้แก่ตัวการจงสิ้น

English translation
All money and other property which the agent receives in connection with the agency must be handed over by the agent to the principal in full.
Moreover, all rights which the agent has acquired in the agent's own name, but in the capacity of acting on behalf of the principal, must be transferred by the agent to the principal in full.
