เมื่อคู่สัญญาประกันภัยยกเอาภัยใดโดยเฉพาะขึ้นเป็นข้อพิจารณาในการวางกำหนดจำนวนเบี้ยประกันภัย และภัยเช่นนั้นสิ้นไปหามีไม่แล้ว ท่านว่าภายหน้าแต่นั้นไป ผู้เอาประกันภัยชอบที่จะได้ลดเบี้ยประกันภัยลงตามส่วน

English translation

Where the parties have taken a particular risk into account in fixing the amount of the premium, and that risk has ceased to exist, the insured is entitled from then on to a proportionate reduction of the premium.
