เมื่อคู่สัญญาประกันภัยยกเอาภัยใดโดยเฉพาะขึ้นเป็นข้อพิจารณาในการวางกำหนดจำนวนเบี้ยประกันภัย และภัยเช่นนั้นสิ้นไปหามีไม่แล้ว ท่านว่าภายหน้าแต่นั้นไป ผู้เอาประกันภัยชอบที่จะได้ลดเบี้ยประกันภัยลงตามส่วน
