อันสัญญาประกันภัยนั้น ถ้าผู้เอาประกันภัยมิได้มีส่วนได้เสียในเหตุที่ประกันภัยไว้นั้นไซร้ ท่านว่าย่อมไม่ผูกพันคู่สัญญาแต่อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด
