อันตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ย่อมจะพึงใช้เงินในวันถึงกำหนด และถึงกำหนดวันใด ผู้ทรงต้องนำตั๋วเงินไปยื่นเพื่อให้ใช้เงินในวันนั้น
